Before returning to school to pursue my dream of becoming a CRNA, I worked as a critical care nurse and union representative at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC). I have had the pleasure of serving my peers in a variety of leadership roles throughout my academic/professional career and hope to continue this as the Student Representative on the Board of Directors for KyANA. The Student Representative role requires an individual who can be the voice of Kentucky’s SRNAs to the Board, be a resource to SRNAs throughout the commonwealth, and drive engagement between SRNAs and KyANA. I believe I am a great fit for this role due to my strong communication skills, time management ability, work ethic, and past experiences.
